Acceptable Usage Policy
- Although RM-F Networks will endeavor to provide as reliable a
service as possible, we shall not be held liable for any loss or
damages caused by the unavailability of our server.
- The user shall not use any domain hosted by RM-F Networks to
`spam' or provide any tools designed to aid spammers (e.g. bulk
mailers or spam bots)
- The user is responsible for the contents of the web pages they
host and messages they send using RM-F Networks. It is their
responsibility to ensure that they do not violate the laws of the
United States of America and that copyrighted material is used with
the permission of the copyright holder.
- Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up.
It is the users responsibility to ensure that they have
backups of important data.
- The user is free to cancel their account at any time. No refund
will be given for time left before the account expires. A
cancellation request must be posted to <root@rm-f.net> before
the request can be honored.
- If a user is generating traffic that is detrimental to access
to other sites hosted by RM-F Networks, we reserve the right to
throttle or disable access to that site. Note that this is only for
traffic exceeding the agreed bandwidth for the users.
- Using any equipment or services of RM-F Networks in any illegal
manner will be a violation of the AUP. A report with the
authorities will be file in cases of illegal activities. Illegal
trafficking of copyrighted material will not be tolerated.
- Activities targeted to degrade, deny or abuse service of any
system is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited
to; exploits, DDoS/DoS(denial of service), hacking, carding, mass
mailing/spamming or cracking.
- The conditions of the Acceptable Use Policy may change at any
time, it is the responsibility of the user to periodically check
this policy for updates. If there are any new terms the user will
not comply with, then the user must terminate their account with
RM-F Networks immediately.
- If these terms are not satisfactory, terminate your connection
immediately and submit a request to cancel your account.
